1. Provider and contacts
helmgridiron.com LLC, EDRPOU 08971673, 4th Floor, Business Center Astarta, 12-14 Hrushevskoho Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Managing Director: Martin Novak.
2. Booking and eligibility
Minimum age 21; drivers under 25 pay a young driver fee. Valid license held 2+ years and passport/ID required. We may refuse if documents are invalid. Booking is confirmed when we accept it and receive payment/deposit.
3. Pricing, deposit and fees
Base rental and mandatory fees are shown at booking: airport surcharge, young driver, additional driver, one-way, cleaning, fines, tolls, taxes. Refundable deposit blocked on card; released 15-30 business days after return less fuel, damage, cleaning, fines, tolls, late charges. Optional extras need consent.
4. Mileage, cancellation and fuel
Mileage limited per day unless unlimited confirmed; extra km at booking rate. Free cancellation 48h before pickup; later/no-show may be charged 50% or one rental day. Fuel same-to-same; missing fuel at market price plus service fee.
5. Insurance, damage and disputes
Basic insurance included; deductible applies. Report damage immediately; police report for third-party damage. Optional CDW reduces liability but may exclude glass, tires, underbody, interior. Liability limited as permitted by Ukrainian law. Disputes first to contact@helmgridiron.com; consumer protection authority: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (published by it).
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data with consent and under a privacy policy. Cookies/device access require prior consent after clear information about purposes.
